An impressive covered terrace at the rear of the building has views over the rooftops of Pollensa and the Puig de Maria mountain. On the upper floor there is enough space to build 3 more bedrooms. The roof has been restored on the front of the building. There is a small section that could be removed to make a roof terrace at the rear. It would be a wonderful house or a boutique hotel.
